Book the Look/ Cut Crease/ Glitter Glam

Hey love's, are you ready to book your look with LDW_Beauty? Keep reading if you are interested. This appoint ganruntee you two hour slot for a natural everyday glam. If you are interested in getting a cut crease look you will be charged an additional $25.00. 

Once you appointment is booked you receive an email for a skin survey. Please answer the survey within 48 hrs of your appointment. You will also get a location confirmation email withing 48 hrs of your appointment. 

Do's and Don'ts:

1. Do come with a clean face.

2. Don't bring any guest to your appropriate. 

3. Do come with a positive attitude. 

4. Do not come if you have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 or have symptoms of Covid-19. 

5. Do fill out your skin survey. 

6. Please come with your brows trimmed and/ or waxed.

**Refund Policy if you need to reschedule please do so 48hrs prior to your appointment. This can be via email or phone call. We prefer that we are contacted both ways. If a reschedule is made less than 48 hrs a 50% charge will be accessed to your rescheduled time. If you have to cancel your appointment all together it must be done greater than 48 hrs of your appointment. You will be refunded 70% not including taxes at this point. If you cancel less than 48 hrs but greater than 24 hrs you will get a 50% refund not including taxes. A cancelation less than 24 hrs will not get a refund.
