Refund Policy

Glamorous Life Cosmetics has a NO REFUND policy! Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded! If there is an issue with your order and it is an error on our part, feel free to contact us with the name on the order and your order number. If it is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS. Priority packages come with insurance and if your package is damaged, you can file a claim with USPS and get your money back!

If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund your money for the cost of the item(s) minus the shipping cost. Shipping is paid once we print out the shipping label for an item. This includes if the incorrect address was entered at the time when the order was placed or if someone was not home to receive or sign for the package.
