Q. What is your refund and exchange  policy?

A. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES! If there is an issue with your order, feel free to click on the contact link to send us a message. Include your order number, pictures (if the shipment is wrong), and a detailed message. Be sure to include specifics of the issue with your order. If it is an error was made on the Glamorous Life Cosmetics behalf, we will be sure to correct it! Allow atleast 30 days for the order issue to be resolved (To read our Refund Policy click the link above).

Q. My order says it is in transit. Where is it?

A. Once your package has been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession! Please direct your tracking questions to USPS who has possession of your package. We have the same tracking information that our customers see. We do not work with USPS!

 

Q. I received my order and my box was damaged what do I do?

A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office manhandling your packages. Q. My order say it is being returned back to the sender (Glamorous Life Cosmetics). What does that mean/what do I do?

A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund your money for the cost of the item(s) minus the SHIPPING cost.  Shipping is paid once we print out the shipping label for an item. This includes if the incorrect address was entered at the time when the order was placed or if someone was not home to receive or sign for the package.

 

Q. How long will the refund take?

A. This depends solely on your banking institution. 

 

Q. Do you offer samples?

A. No. If you want to test our makeup products, lashes, lash accessories, or any of our other products you can purchase them for regular price 

 

Q. When do you restock?

A. We try to restock regularly. We are currently living in the time of Covid. Some items may take longer to get to us. We will do our best to keep supplies stocked. We will update our website, and Instagram page as products restock. Be sure to follow us (@theglamorouslifecosmetics) ! If you are subscribed to our email list or text list you will get notified directly.   

 

Q. What days do you ship out orders?

A. Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s. It depends on the number of orders. Even though we ship on those days it does not guarantee your order will ship that day. We are still in a pandemic and we will get all orders out quickly as we can. 

 

Q. How can I contact you?

A. By EMAIL ONLY. NO DMS OR PERSONAL MESSAGES. Use our contact us link on our website. Please read the description box before sending an email concerning inquiries!

 Q. Who do you ship with?

A. The Post Office, USPS. Our packages deliver with your mail delivery.

 

Q. Why is the shipping cost high?

A. Our website rates are based on the product weight. USPS rates are based on product weight. Glamorous Life Cosmetics does not create shipping rates for packages.

 

Q. How long is shipping?

A.  First-Class Shipping is 2-3 days. Priority Shipping is 2 days. Please note this does not include Processing Time. Orders are not shipped out on Weekends or Holidays. Shipping also depends on the Post Office. Due to the pandemic, items and tracking information are taking longer than usual.

 

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

A. Yes we ship everywhere!

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. Philadelphia, PA

 

Q. Do you do meet-ups or pickups?

A. No we do not. Everything is done online! If you live in the Philadelphia area your shipping should only take 1-day if priority shipping is used.

 

Q. Are you looking for promoters or brand ambassadors?

A. No, not at this time. 

  

Q. What are the mink lash styles we can choose from?

A. All of our lashes are mink.

 

Q. I ordered lashes and some are not the same why is that? 

A. All of our lashes are handmade by different people. They will not look 100% identical.

Q. Can 1 on 1 sessions be rescheduled after booked?

A. Yes, as long as you send a formal request to info@glamorouslifecosmetics.org 48 hours to your scheduled session. Less than 48 hour you will not be able to change your time.

Q. I am late for my scheduled session with LDW_Beauty, will my session be canceled?

A. Yes, it will be canceled if your tardiness exceeds 15 minutes and you will not get a refund. If is is less than 15 minutes then no.

Q: Are your group session recorded?

A. No our group session is not recorded. It is in your best interest to show up on time.
